Shannon Stites, real estate broker with Keller Williams Realty, lives in Seven Lakes, North Carolina, with her husband and 2 children.  After graduating in 2001 from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in business administration, Shannon joined her husband's family business and gained a wealth of knowledge in new construction and custom home building.  She began selling real estate in 2007 and earned Rookie of the Year honors from the Pinehurst Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors in 2008.  In 2009, Shannon was recognized as one of the top 20 individual Keller Williams agents in North and South Carolina.  She has a passion for real estate and enjoys fulfilling the dream of home ownership for her clients.  Her true passion is her family and she sees real estate as the vehicle for fulfilling their hopes and dreams as well as giving them the ability to give to others. Shannon coaches youth soccer and is a strong supporter of the PTA at West End Elementary School.
